I've rolled a simple little KiCad design that can replace the current breadboard stuff with a dedicated PCB. I've not yet had the opportunity to test it out, but it basically makes this thing mass-producible... And probably a bit more stable (at least my own breadboards and jumpers constantly let me down).

It's simply the Pico and Pimoroni DAC components, minus a few things (I suppose it can also be modified to take a Pico directly, if that's more useful), plus all else in the design, tacked down onto a simple PCB.
I had to move the LCD pins around to accomodate a module that JLC can install themselves.

See if you find this interesting, feel free to cherrypick and modify as you wish, should you decide to accept the PR :)
