Why are my settings getting reset?

I have Lenovo Legion with i5-10300H which I want to limit as much as I can, but regardless of where I set it - in the GUI or in the config - it gets reset to 20@40/40@45/45@50/ 35/45/45/ (<-- also what those numbers at the end mean?)

I want to try something more aggressive for the low profile.
I am running Arch on the zen kernel, using this with the slimbookbattery. (It's great, I just want to push this a bit further :D)

You need to edit the config file with sudo. On Linux Mint the config file is located at /home//.config/slimbookintelcontroller/slimbookintelcontroller.conf

It survives reboot. I used to edit it without root and it resets every reboot :)
