Summary

  • FlutterWave's Resend failed Webhooks endpoint (POST /v3/transactions/{id}/resend-hook) wasn't implemented in the SDK — added it end to end following the existing Transactions patterns.
  • New surface: ITransactionsClient.ResendTransactionWebhookAsync(transactionId, wait) → Service → Broker → external DTO, with full exception mapping (validation/dependency/dependency-validation/service) matching the other Transactions endpoints.

Test plan

  • dotnet build FlutterWave.Core.sln — 0 warnings, 0 errors
  • dotnet test FlutterWave.Core.Tests.Unit — 1278/1278 passing, including 11 new tests covering logic, validation, and exception-mapping for the new endpoint

FlutterWave's docs (https://developer.flutterwave.com/reference/resend-transaction-webhook)
expose POST /v3/transactions/{id}/resend-hook to resend webhooks from
failed sending queues, but the SDK had no coverage for it. Add it end
to end following the existing Transactions patterns:

- Broker: PostResendTransactionWebhookAsync(transactionId, wait)
- Service: validation, exception mapping, and response conversion
- Client: wraps the service call and maps exceptions to client types
- Models: ResendTransactionWebhook/-Response (and the external DTO)
- Unit tests: logic, validation, and exception-mapping coverage
