The live run detected the image issue and scanned the corrected draft, then failed while reopening Level A. A corrected result may omit that group. Observe the SDK's existing upload and results responses: require a matching draft upload to be accepted, then a completed result requested afterward containing the expected issue state. Retain only boolean summaries, never report content. Permit an absent Level A group only when the corrected result omits it; keep the UI issue-absence assertion.
