The live retry completed the draft check but failed to find the expected image-alternative issue. Open the Accessibility results category before checking the documented issue label; preserve already-expanded results.
Retain only allowlisted result-state booleans to distinguish hidden/absent issues, alerts, nested frames and scan controls. Merge these with the existing setup diagnostics. Keep the required issue detection and post-fix disappearance assertions active; do not increase scan timeouts or skip failures.
Validation: 17 unit tests passed, including preservation and filtering of multiple diagnostic annotations. Four synthetic navigation regressions passed across Chromium and Firefox. Live verification remains pending; the synthetic fixtures do not establish the live UI structure or issue detection.
