This PR gets the version of Marlin that this is running off of up to date with the latest stable release of Marlin 1.1.9 and incorporates some changes to add the M16 gcode command I added to Marlin 2.0 recently.
I have not fully tested this yet because I need help from you, @Silverquark on compiling the changes for the LCD panel. I added the new screen for the new error but I am not sure if I have to compile anything of that to make it work. There is the DWprj.hmi file which I added the screen in but there is also that binary DWprj.tft file that I am not sure about and was not finding any great information on. If you could advise on that that would be amazing.
The main goal of this was to get this project back up to date with the latest version of Marlin and sort of revive it. You did a lot of good work on this and I just want to say thank you for that.
