Package SideShift MCP for OpenAI and Claude marketplaces

Summary

• add OpenAI universal and Claude plugin manifests around the existing SideShift package
• keep Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude on the single hosted endpoint https://app.sideshift.app/api/mcp
• add host-neutral setup/operations skills, connection guidance, privacy/security documentation, and version 1.1.0 metadata
• add copy-ready submission packets for Cursor, OpenAI, Claude Connector Directory, and Claude Plugin Directory
• add cross-marketplace validation and a credential-free live OAuth discovery smoke test
• document the required Anthropic written exception for the unchanged financial-action tools

No MCP tool is removed, hidden, renamed, split, or excluded by this package. Runtime compatibility is implemented in SideShiftApp/sideshift-monorepo#3047 and should be deployed before marketplace scans.

Release

After merge, create public tag/release v1.1.0 before using the immutable raw GitHub logo URLs in the submission forms. The forms themselves and legal/policy attestations remain manual publisher actions.
