It's been an open question whether we can include these in the library for a while. I decided to actually just ask them and got a boilerplate response that was pretty clear that they don't want people using these without explicit permission. Maybe later I will try to get proper permission, but for now let's just stop doing things that we shouldn't be doing. Probably a couple other changes will happen later too.
What it said before is not strictly wrong, but this makes it clear that she isn't in that role right now
It makes the transition to the scratch-gui loading screen less abrupt
Notably if someone sets the language to an RTL one, they'll actually be able to go back into the language menu now
Probably a merge-upstream regression

* fix: dragging bounds Use the CSS transform to resize the dragging bounds, instead of changing the width/height properties. This way CSS word-wrapping and react-draggable will let the monitors go to the edges of the stage. * remove unused `<Box>`
