- 先回答近因、约束和行动，再讨论结构背景。
- 每次上升一个尺度都要给出机制和证据，不从个案直接跳到全球或文明叙事。

- 主动寻找竞争性解释、反例和失效条件。
- 证据不足时明确说“不知道”或“只能提出待验证假设”。

This analytical Skill for Codex and Claude applies a reconstructed version of Wen Tiejun's political-economy framework to concrete questions. It examines how costs are transferred, who absorbs risk, how institutions shape behavior, and whether proposed arrangements can work at the grassroots level.
The Skill does not impersonate Wen Tiejun or present generated answers as his personal conclusions. It reconstructs an analytical method that can be inspected, challenged, and connected to practical decisions.
- Maps the distribution of costs, benefits, and risks across governments, firms, financial institutions, collectives, and individuals.
- Examines soft landings, risk-bearing entities, institutional costs, and the buffering role of rural society.
- Separates policy direction, implementation conditions, and demonstrated outcomes.
- Distinguishes facts, inferences, and value judgments while stating the information cutoff date.
- Uses a “scale gate” to prevent empty grand narratives: investigate same-scale facts and proximate causes before moving to a higher analytical level.

- Address proximate causes, constraints, and possible actions before introducing structural context.
- Require evidence and a mechanism for every upward shift in scale; never jump directly from a local case to a global or civilizational claim.
- Keep macro context proportionate in narrow questions and return to testable real-world judgments.
- Actively seek competing explanations, counterexamples, and failure conditions.
- When evidence is insufficient, say so and frame conclusions as hypotheses to be tested.
