This may be going beyond the scope of what they asked, and may in fact encroach on existing functionality if some other program depends on the structure of this page, but having empty tables with just headers for users who haven't made any calls in the billing period is very confusing. It would be nicer if it at least showed 0 call time, 0 charge etc. (It does currently show a charge of 0.00 but that is separate from the table itself.)
