Clone this repository, cd to it, and then
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=hipcc -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=hipcc -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/opt/rocm/lib/cmake
make -jSerge45/gcn-assembly-study
