Add a new option to allow specifying which ALSA control should be used for hardware volume control.
On my system, I use dmix to allow mixing of different sources (e.g. sendspin, bluez-alsa, snapcast). Sendspin can't find a volume control for this device and falls back to software volume control.
With this new option I can keep the dmix device and directly specify the hardware volume control.
