Overview:
Implemented tenant-scoped Rewards/Gamification with configurable point rules, point ledger, user totals, achievements, leaderboard, profile rewards UI, and admin management. Users earn points for chapter completion, passed AI conversations, and course completion. The profile/progress experience now shows total points, achievements, leaderboard filtering, reward points by day, and websocket toast notifications when users earn points for chapter or course completion.
Business Value:
This gives learners visible progress and recognition for completing educational activities, making the platform more engaging and competitive. Admins can configure achievements and point values per tenant, so each organization can adapt rewards to its learning goals.
