Bb/hackathon mobile app mvp

• Added an expo app with dev client setup
• Both mobile & web apps are working
• Tested only on ios simulator atm, android should work as well
• This is the mvp - it would be nice to move web/app/api layer into shared package so both mobile & web & other apps could reuse react query hooks & methods.
• TBD what to do with tenants to know how to deploy & manage tenant specific mobile app
• To verify api auth changes that was made here, mobile does not support cookies as web does or consider using https://docs.expo.dev/versions/latest/sdk/auth-session/ in the feature?
• There is no a lot things to show : signup / home with stats / courses list & course detail page / profile with user info & logout button
