… screenshots on the v0.26.0 UI Recorded with tools/gifgen (the real app in a throwaway demo container against the mock gateway, dark canonical, synthetic data only): the same eleven storyboards and the same seven guide shots, now showing today's navigation (Neural Interface), Settings (Status, local-first Local models copy), Knowledge and Activity pages. Posters are the first frame of each clip, as before. Every clip and screenshot read by eye; all clips under the 3 MB hard cap (16 MB total). Help bundle rebuilt.

The eleven quickstart GIFs (
docs/assets/gifs,web/static/assets/gifs) and the seven guide screenshots (docs/assets,web/static/assets) re-recorded withtools/gifgenon today's main: the same storyboards, now showing the current UI (Neural Interface in the navigation, the Settings tabs incl. Status, the local-first Local models copy, the Knowledge and Activity pages). Same filenames, so README and the guide pages need no edits; posters are the first frame of each clip as before. Every clip read by eye from eight-frame contact sheets and every screenshot opened; sizes 0.7–2.4 MB (all under the 3 MB hard cap). The Help bundle is rebuilt (static assets are a build-version input). No storyboard needed a change.
