docs: changelog heading for v0.26.0 - #515

The Unreleased notes of Round 20 (browser components, the query layer, the fit marker, the engine and locate rounds, Library pack v1.5.0) become 0.26.0; the page-size bullet that sat above the Unreleased heading moves into the release's Changed section.

Renames the Unreleased section to
## [0.26.0] - 2026-10-14and starts a fresh## [Unreleased], the v0.25.0 pattern. The "Bigger pages fit" bullet (#500) had been written above the Unreleased heading; it moves into the release's Changed section. Merge right before tagging v0.26.0 (after the docs vault rebuild).
