The released pack carries answers spec v1.4 param_bounds and v1.5 code tables on text cells: the NWS event names as a declared table (library_codes), alert lists filtered to status Actual, the Tropical Cyclone Local Statement address, the weekly recheck's TBD-flag key fix. The app side (Q3d, #509) reads the tables and grounds alert filters from them; pin tests ran against the released bytes.

The pack carries answers spec v1.4 (param_bounds, Library #12) and v1.5 (code tables on text cells, Library #13): the NWS event names as a declared table (library_codes, 112 values) so "flood", "coastal flood advisory" and the rest ground a card's filter; alert lists filtered to status Actual; the Tropical Cyclone Local Statement address; the weekly recheck's TBD-flag key fix. The app side that reads those tables is Q3d (#509), already on main. Pin tests (library index, NI library, query codes incl. the integration test against the released pack, locate): 185 passed.
