Third slice of the Dolphin-parity program (embedded terminal, started honestly): a command panel docks under the panes. Supersedes #155, whose branch could not absorb the later merges through the file-push route; this branch carries the identical final tree, based on current main.

  • View menu toggle or F4 shows/hides the panel. Type a command and press Enter: it runs in the active pane's folder through Windows PowerShell when present, else the Command Prompt, with output streaming into the panel as it is produced and a closing line with the exit code.
  • The panel follows the active pane — its header always names the folder the next command will run in (at Home or in the Recycle Bin, the user profile). A stop button kills the running command's process tree; output is capped with older lines trimmed; Up/Down recall earlier commands.
  • Core gains CommandLine.Split, a tested Windows-style command-line splitter for tools that need arguments rather than shell interpretation.

Stated plainly in the changelog and roadmap: this is a command runner with streamed output, not an interactive terminal — programs that wait for typed answers still belong in "Open terminal here", and a fully interactive in-window terminal remains on the roadmap. Local gate green on this exact tree; Windows CI is the App build check. Runtime Unverified.
