First slice of the Dolphin-parity program (virtual locations). The Recycle Bin now browses like a folder.

  • Core RecycleBin.cs: a defensive parser for the bin's $I info files (both format versions — original path, deletion time, size) and a scanner that pairs info files with their $R data files in one user's bin folder on a drive. Damaged or orphaned info files are skipped, never thrown on.
  • A pane navigates to the bin through a sentinel path (sidebar Places gains a Recycle Bin entry): the listing spans every ready drive for the signed-in user, newest deletion first, each row showing the original name, size, and deletion time. Entries carry their original location.
  • Restore moves items back (creating the folder again if needed; the name is numbered "(restored)" when something already sits there). Double-clicking an item restores it. Delete permanently and Empty Recycle Bin both confirm first. While a pane shows the bin, the standard file operations step aside in the menu and refuse in their handlers — recycled items can never be copied, moved, dragged, pasted over, renamed, or re-deleted into the bin's own storage.
  • The bin renders in the standard list in any layout, gets its own breadcrumb and header, and a tab left on the bin reopens on it (the session store now accepts the bin sentinel like the Home one).

Local gate green; Windows CI is the App build check. Runtime Unverified.
