Rust-Scanner

This program collects data from all of the Scotty Labs repos

The data that are collected :

1. Number of files in rust
2. Proportion of files in rust to total files in that repo
3. Total number of sLOC in rust for that repo
4. Proportion of sLOC in rust to total sLOC for that repo
5. The list of languages used in that repo
6. What rust is being used for in that repo

The purpose of this program is to demostrate the rust capabilities of Scotty Labs
