amber: Move to Main bucket

Relates to ScoopInstaller/Main#8325

amber is a non-GUI tool that now meets Main's criteria (951 stars, MIT, latest stable release, version-specific download URL), so it's moving to the Main bucket. Removing here to avoid a duplicate manifest across buckets.
