Rebuild the hero and the inline download picker around the Windows and Linux builds, ship v0.3.0 with the hosted Windows installer, refresh the app icon and the walkthrough video, drop the install page, reorder the getting-started group, square off the installer screenshots, keep the upstream deployment anchors working, and build the site from this fork.

The hero now leads into the screen recording and four feature sections whose chat bubbles are annotated with speaker avatars, file chips and an on-demand Mol* viewer for 1ATP.pdb (vendored, so the page still has no runtime CDN). The scripted demo assets and the prebuilt-binary install block are gone, and the tracing section links each claim to its evidence screenshot.
