This fixes a failure on the default branch's CI. The diagnosis and the evidence below come from the investigating agent's report; "confirmed by running" and "read in logs" are kept apart there.

JET 0.12 reports

None. JET 0.12.3 reports nothing in test/qa/jet_tests.jl or in the run_qa JET check on 1.13, so I made no code fixes.

Failures that also happen on main (not fixed: outside this change)

• A (all versions): Aqua Persistent tasks errors with "Unable to locate Project.toml in .../RandomizedLinAlg". From Aqua 0.8.17 onward, test_persistent_tasks errors whenever a dependency has only a REQUIRE file, and RandomizedLinAlg 0.1.0 has only a REQUIRE file. Upstream issue: Persistent tasks fails in some other packages JuliaTesting/Aqua.jl#404 (open). Possible fixes are a RandomizedLinAlg release that includes a Project.toml, or an Aqua fix. The last Tests run on main (2026-09-16) happened before Aqua 0.8.17/0.8.18 were released (2026-09-17), so CI has not seen this failure yet.
• B (LTS only): the JET 0.9.18 :typo check reports "invalid redefinition of constant ModelOrderReduction.TSVD" at src/DataReduction/POD.jl:1. It does not happen with JET 0.11 or 0.12.
• C (LTS only): ExplicitImports all_qualified_accesses_via_owners flags ModelingToolkit.ProblemTypeCtx (src/deim.jl:299) and ModelingToolkit.get_tspan (src/deim.jl:450), because both names are owned by ModelingToolkitBase. Package versions are the same as on 1.12, so the difference comes from the Julia version. My unverified guess: on 1.11+, ExplicitImports accepts these names because ModelingToolkit marks them public, and Julia 1.10 has no public. These LTS failures need their own investigation (CLAUDE.md rule on failures on main).
