Register v0.1.0 in General #5
Description
Could a SciML member register BorderedLinearSolve.jl v0.1.0 (main, 1724bf6) in the General registry?
BifurcationKit.jl PR #345 uses it to solve the bordered systems of pseudo-arclength continuation, and the PR cannot merge while the package is unregistered. Project.toml is registrable: the name, uuid, version, and license are set, and the compat entries (LinearSolve 5, SciMLBase 3, SciMLOperators 1, Julia 1.10) all name registered releases.
I tried @JuliaRegistrator register on that commit, and the bot replied that I am not a publicly listed member of the SciML organization, so a member needs to comment it. cc @ChrisRackauckas @AJ0070

@ParadaCarleton, it looks like you are not a publicly listed member/owner in the parent organization (SciML).
If you are a member/owner, you will need to change your membership to public. See GitHub Help
