Milestone tracking: M4 — Observation and autonomy. Owner SayandB; roadmap-milestone label and M4 milestone set. Child issues: T-005 #15 and T-008 #23. PR #17 adds observation adapters; PR #19 provides a read-only Linux hardware audit. T-008 awaits running scripts/audit_hardware.sh on the target Linux host and attaching its output.
