Add n8n onboarding and supplier review workflows - #2
Merged

Conversation
Add offline and synthetic sandbox workflows with explicit review, error and unavailable outcomes. Preserve event and row identity without making onboarding or supplier decisions. Validate 45 local checks, published-node contracts and retained native n8n import/export and offline execution evidence. No hosted API execution or durable external register is claimed.

Incomplete screenings and duplicate supplier rows need explicit outcomes before an integration can hand work to a reviewer. Add two distinct n8n examples: onboarding events that preserve stable identity and validate retained evidence, and supplier lists that keep every row visible through duplicates, conflicts, errors, and unavailable coverage. Both leave business decisions open.
Each example includes a credential-free offline demo and a separate adaptation for the free synthetic sandbox using the published SanctionsKit node 0.1.0. Successful results retain their coverage, versions, candidates, and interpretation limits. The supplier register is n8n execution output, not a durable external database. Paid production screening is not configured.
Validation: 45 local checks passed, including both published-node contracts with HTTP helpers intercepted. The four unchanged workflow exports passed clean n8n 2.41.4 import/export round trips; native offline execution verified ten onboarding cases and the nine-row supplier register. Consolidation preserved all example and CI file hashes, and generated-file, syntax, CI-definition, and diff checks passed. No authenticated hosted API execution is claimed.
