Sama Mushtaq

Mechanical design and testing. Based in Lebanon, Ohio.

At MKEC Engineering, I worked on more than 50 building projects from December 2019 to December 2020. I prepared heating and cooling loads, duct layouts, elevation views, and equipment and diffuser schedules within an engineering team. I used AutoCAD, Revit, Trane TRACE, and BIM 360 in that role.

My project work includes team assembly and data analysis for a vibration setup, structural calculations, and heat transfer. I have completed 103 credits at Wichita State University and have been admitted to University of Cincinnati Mechanical Engineering for Spring 2027.

Engineering work

Original three-channel LabVIEW voltage output

Vibration sensing and data acquisition

I helped assemble the setup with the team and contributed discussion and analysis of the recorded response. The workbook preserves 1,022 samples. Team project, 2016.

Kite buggy CATIA rendering created by a teammate

Kite buggy structural analysis

I shared the load, stress, and deflection calculations. A teammate produced the CATIA model. Team project, 2015.

Heat exchanger calculation study preserves my original thermal calculation sheets from 2016, with notes on the coolant inputs and energy balance.

Related technical work

RYGNeco covers electronics intake, testing, custody, and product requirements. I co-founded the initiative and led the operating workflow and program delivery.

Crew scheduling shows how I translated availability, qualifications, training, and coverage requirements into a manager-reviewed scheduling tool. Claude supported the Python implementation.

My operating background includes restaurant launches and teams of up to 120 people. It informs how I account for training, safety, staffing, and cost when defining a process.
