fix: 在对话里展示模型思考，并在一轮结束后收起

改了什么 / What changed

• 解析 DeepSeek 的 reasoning_content（兼容 reasoning），经 assistant.delta / assistant.completed 送到时间线，并写进助手消息，下一轮以 reasoning_content 回传。
• 一轮结束后，思考和 Used tools 默认收进 Thought：先点开才看到 Reasoning 和工具摘要，再点才展开详情。进行中的那一轮仍展开。
• 会话正文行高改为字号的 1.6 倍。

怎么验证 / How to verify

• cd server && go test ./...
• pnpm test:client
• 新开一轮本地 Agent 对话，流式时应能看到思考；Run 结束后 Thought 默认收起，点开后能回看 Reasoning 和工具详情。旧会话没有存过思考，不会补出正文。
