feat: 落地 Agent 编码正确性工作流

改了什么 / What changed

• 有副作用的任务收工必须先跑验证（.cursor/verify.yaml 与本会话绑定计划的 verify_cmd），通过后再写收尾说明；验证失败打回修复，指纹重复或超限开人工单。
• 写盘后做语法轻检，新硬伤当场回滚；bash/powershell 改到可检查源文件后同样回滚。已有测试文件 LockedAsk，计划验收只增不删，打勾必须走 plan_pass 并带证据。
• 首次破坏性写操作前拍 Git 快照，支持按文件 / 消息 / 全部回滚；只读 explore 子代理不计入副作用。
• 对话页改成可收起的三栏工作台：会话改动文件可在右侧点开，Git 差异区加大。收工复审 evaluate 已去掉，前端不再画复审/跳过验证卡片。
• 用真实模型锁编码闭环（pnpm test:coding），并修掉批准后续跑、验证假完成、取消仍 completed 等验收空洞。

• pnpm test:client
• 仓库根有真实模型 Key 时：pnpm test:coding
• 本地 pnpm dev：agent + yolo 让它改一个文件，确认会验证后收工；右侧能点开改动文件；取消进行中的验证不会变成 completed
