Add full HDR support. #32

Expected behavior 预期的功能

The only reason I still use Lossless Scaling instead of your program is that I constantly use HDR; Lossless Scaling supports HDR, alters the colors in no way, and handles both upscaling and frame generation. For some reason, I haven't seen a similar feature in Magpie for a long time; without it, the image becomes overexposed. While I’m glad recent updates added RTX HDR and HDR-to-SDR/SDR-to-HDR conversion, it’s not enough. These features require fine-tuning to work correctly—for instance, RTX HDR works fine with SDR content, but when I use it with HDR content, the image gets overexposed. I tried converting HDR to SDR first and then applying RTX HDR, which fixed the overexposure but introduced a new issue: significant color shifts that are hard to calibrate, compounded by the fact that it behaves differently for HDR and SDR content. There is no universal solution for every situation, which is inconvenient.

Ideally, full HDR support would be added directly to the application. As I understand it, this simply requires copying the game frames and passing them through unchanged—though I’m not an expert on the technical details, so I hope you get what I mean.
