Summary
Adds screenshots and a short demo clip of the English web UI to the README.
Before: the README had only the social preview image and a placeholder comment where screenshots should go.
After: the top of the README shows the remote-desktop view (it follows the reader's light or dark GitHub theme) and an 11 s GIF. The "Interface overview" section has a light/dark table of the pinned sidebar, settings, focus mode and connect screens.
