Context
Onboard docs are out of date and images/figures were not appearing correctly.
New onboarding videos were also created to support the contents of the onboarding doc and should be incorporated into the instructions.
What
Formatting needs updating, old videos removed, new videos inserted, and instructions for the worksheet on the final page updated to fit v1
Why
It is important to keep instructions relevant for new onboarding.
