Enables stricter linting by removing disabled rules and rewriting calls to use named arguments.

• Re-enables ambiguous-function-call and literal-named-argument rules in mago.toml.
• Converts function calls to named arguments and updates the too-many-methods exclude path.
• No behavior changes; tests were updated to match the stricter style.
