[Suggestion] Reimplement "Add a Game" button

Basically the same way "Downloads" and "Friends & Chat" buttons were moved from the removed bottom bar to the top right create a 3rd button for "Add a Game".
With millenium plugin you can track non-steam game time better so I like to add all the non-steam games I have to it, but I have to swith off the theme every time I want to do this. Not sure if anyone needs "Browse for Steam Games" option, but "Activate a Product on Steam" is also sometimes needed.

If you hover over the steam icon, top left, the top bar will change, then go to "Games > Add a Non-Steam Game..."

Sekenx's suggestion works. I can only move elements with CSS. Making an element appear where it isn't would require JavaScript, and currently I use none. CSSLoader does not support it and it would also require a different level of trust in me by the skin users who auto-update. Some people would also need to enable the JS setting if they use SFP.
