What changed
The Tasks load-error state now includes a Retry action. It reuses the existing infinite-query refetch path so users can recover in place without reloading or navigating away.
A focused client test verifies that activating Retry invokes the recovery callback.
Why this change was made
A transient failure while loading the first Tasks page previously left users on a static error with no visible recovery path.
Impact
Users can retry a failed Tasks-list request from the error state. Existing loading, populated, empty, filtered, and cached-data behavior remains unchanged.
