parent-child-phase0

Phase 0 equation-closure gate for the parent–child cosmology branch (TEST_001, authorized by the Arbiter 2026-07-25). Homogeneous background only. This is a closure gate, not a fit and not a physical-existence claim.

Verdict

Outcome D — incomplete equation closure. Foundation G0–G3 passes, while the bounce, junction, and shear gates remain indeterminate pending a coupled solution. The earlier V1 Outcome-C headline is retracted because it used an assumed shear scaling; the exact derived shear equation contains an anisotropic curvature source. Requires numpy, scipy, sympy. Numerical integration was not run: closure failed at G5/G6, and §9 forbids numerical searches after a failed closure gate.

Scope / prohibited claims

Does not claim a universe formed in a black hole, that Einstein–Cartan is correct, or that dark matter is explained (§16). The negative is scoped: "disproven under stated assumptions", not "false" (Arbiter epistemic policy).
