Adds oh-my-harness under Hooks: a generator that turns a one-line project description into enforced guardrails (PreToolUse hooks that block commits on failing tests, source edits before test edits, dangerous commands, writes to build dirs). The same bash hooks are wired into Codex (
.codex/hooks.json), Claude Code and Pi from oneharness.yaml. MIT, actively maintained (v0.20.1 released today), star badge included per CONTRIBUTING.
