Add codex-profiles to Account & Auth

Hi, I would like to suggest adding codex-profiles to the Account & Auth section.

Suggested entry:

• codex-profiles - Switch Codex CLI and Desktop between isolated CODEX_HOME profiles for work, personal, education, and client accounts without copying auth files.

Why it fits:

• It is a small MIT-licensed Bash CLI for Codex users who need separate local account/profile state.
• It isolates auth, config, sessions, plugins, logs, and caches per profile.
• Install: npm install -g codex-profile or brew install Ducksss/tap/codex-profile.

Happy to adjust wording or send this as a PR if that is preferred.
