Adds a short tagline between H1 and the existing 24-word blockquote lede. Skim-readers were bouncing on # Trove alone; the tagline gives a 3-second hook before the deeper lede.

Tagline: Shared API credentials + service playbooks for every AI coding agent on your machine. Local-first, no SaaS, no per-project re-paste.

Final pre-launch polish before opening awesome-claude-code submission.

The previous README went H1=Trove → 24-word blockquote lede. Skim-readers
who don't pause on the blockquote saw only the project name and bounced.
Adding a short tagline above the blockquote gives a 3-second hook before
the more detailed lede.

Tagline pattern (kept short, no marketing buzz):
- "Shared API credentials + service playbooks for every AI coding
  agent on your machine."
- Trailing clarifier: "Local-first, no SaaS, no per-project re-paste."

The original blockquote lede stays as the 15-second deeper read.
