Bump sp1-sdk/build/zkvm together (Dependabot split them), group future SP1 updates, and retarget Dependabot at development. Keep the last Linux ELF/vk pin until a Linux guest rebuild refreshes it. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
