Summary

  • Run blocking OpenSSL (SSL_* / handshake) on dedicated threads via H2.runOffLoop / ofBlockingOffLoop so the UV loop stays free (#10).
  • Additive APIs: Tls.connectH2Async, Tls.serveH2Async, Server.serveTlsAsync; sync connectH2 / serveTls remain pure IO.
  • CI: asyncTlsLoopback (concurrent off-loop TLS + Async h2c; in-process serveTlsAsync smoke).
  • Package/docs tip v1.3.0; honesty: off-loop blocking TLS, not nonblocking BIO.

Test plan

  • lake build asyncTlsLoopback tlsLoopback + run both locally
  • asyncH2cLoopback still green
  • CI build-test / interop / h2spec / stress on this PR

Made with Cursor

Expose connectH2Async/serveTlsAsync with dedicated-thread SSL I/O, keep sync
IO paths for safe composition, and ship asyncTlsLoopback + v1.3.0 docs.
