Include:
- Affected version and environment
- Reproduction steps or proof of concept
- Potential impact
- Suggested mitigation if available
- We will acknowledge receipt as soon as possible
- We will investigate and validate the report
- We will coordinate remediation and disclosure timing with the reporter when feasible
