… of pushed changes The act port gains `codingAgents.inboxFollow`, an event-iterator procedure. It follows one plan's inbox, or one agent's, while the window keeps the stream open, and lets it go once the last stream of it closes; each change is the inbox whole, or why there is none. On the gateway, `codingAgents.inboxFollow`/`Unfollow` follow the inbox on its live read, the one its reads share, and tell each change as `inbox.changed`. Behind a closed gate a follow is told unanswered; one the account does not reach, not found. Co-authored-by: luke-agent[bot] <339870089+luke-agent[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

A window follows a plan's or an agent's inbox as a stream of pushed changes, on the act port. This is the same shape as
codingAgents.transcript(#4175). It is stacked on #3232.What changes
codingAgents.inboxFollow, aneventIteratorprocedure. The host follows the inbox when the first stream of it opens and lets it go when the last one closes. Each change is the inbox whole, or why there is none.codingAgents.inboxFollow/codingAgents.inboxUnfollowfollow the inbox on the sameliveRowsread its reads share, and tell each change asinbox.changed.
