Release notes 1.2: fill BIM and Draft TODO sections

Summary

• Fills the BIM and Draft TODO sections in the Release_notes_1.2 page with actual feature descriptions:

1. BIM Workbench – Added entries for:

   • BIM Report command for schedule generation (FreeCAD/FreeCAD#24078)
   • Relative path support for hybrid IFC files (#24190)
   • Arch Covering object for parametric surface finishes (#27222)
   • Arch Site task panel with location and solar diagram controls (#28504)

2. Draft Workbench – Added entry for:

   • Draft Edit command no longer triggers its menu during object editing (#29258)

Validation
