v0.1.1: Fix validation, add indicator, community files

Summary

• Case-insensitive validation: Sonnet sometimes produces lowercase section headings (session summary vs Session Summary). The validator now matches case-insensitively, preventing valid summaries from being rejected and triggering unnecessary retries with halved transcripts.
• SEAMLESS_INDICATOR env var: Custom display commands now receive a SEAMLESS_INDICATOR env var that's always set when the plugin is active (S when idle, emoji for other states). Makes it easy to confirm the plugin is running in your statusline.
• UPS error logging: UserPromptSubmit hook errors now logged to ~/.seamless-claude/ups-errors.log instead of being silently swallowed — aids diagnosis when Claude Code shows generic "hook error" messages.
• Test fix: SEAMLESS_DISPLAY_CMD no longer leaks from host environment into integration tests.
• Community files: Changelog, contributing guide (includes changelog requirement), security policy, issue templates, PR template.

• Biome lint clean (34 files)
• No personal references in diff (verified grep)
• Install plugin update and verify S indicator appears in statusline
• Trigger compaction and verify case-insensitive validation accepts result
