[TP/Company/Job Posting]: Improve UX of location selection

Context/background

Some companies want to advertise their jobs for multiple locations. They can input multiple cities. To complement this feature, we also want to give the companies the possibility to select multiple federal states.

What needs to be done?

• Convert federalState select input to multi select input, make it required and put it above the Location input
• Change the name of the Location input to Location (City)
