Clearing up a lot of terminology in the Rust library, and the TypeScript library is now more sophisticated. Still need unit tests to pass (again) on Rust library. |
Also fixed inconsistency where Agent with custom ID was not being used for custom ID in ChannelReceiver

This is a big one.
We could have named this "Tether 3" but, well, somehow the JS/TS library "base agent" (tether-agent package) got bumped to v3 already, so that's taken.
