Implements remediation PR 5: Go 1.25.12, x/term 0.2.2, go-runewidth 0.0.24, Unicode goldens, five fuzz targets, discovery/PR/terminal benchmarks, scheduled fuzzing, GoReleaser snapshot validation, archive smoke tests, and Darwin-native lifecycle CI.
