Removes .github/workflows/release.yml, added in #3.

The new homebrew-tap repo includes Homebrew's standard autobump workflow. Once a day it checks for new portmap tags and opens a PR updating the formula's url and sha256, authenticating with the tap's own GITHUB_TOKEN (Actions are allowed to create PRs there). The release workflow did the same job but needed a personal access token stored as a secret. Its run on v0.1.0 failed because that secret was never set.

Verification: no code changes. The tap's formula was installed fresh from GitHub and passed brew test, brew audit --strict --online, and brew style.

The homebrew-tap repo runs Homebrew's daily autobump workflow, which
opens a formula bump PR for new tags using its own GITHUB_TOKEN. The
release workflow needed a personal access token for the same job.
