Summary

Bump 6.18 LTS kernel to 6.18.20

Testing

Tested on my OGU (S922X) - display, controls, audio, wifi, bluetooth, USB network dongle, libmali, panfrost all working fine

Additional Context

Platforms using this kernel - S922X / RK3399 / RK3566 / SM6115

Not sure what is going on with RK3588 ARM build job. Looks like toolchain is corrupt from log here: https://github.com/ROCKNIX/distribution/actions/runs/23729871148/artifacts/6173201366

Local RK3588 build with these changes is fine.
